Context
To engage their salespeople, many brands run incentive campaigns, awarding points and prizes to employees who consistently sell their products and services. In the following article, you'll read about the development of a digital product called Receba, a reward redemption and distribution platform, and a success case with Banco PAN.
Main Problem
Develop a solution to quickly, securely, and effectively materialize incentive campaigns.
Client needs
- Award points to vehicle salespeople for each financing sale (of the client's brand) completed;
- Report metrics on the incentive campaign conversion funnel;
- Mitigate fraud risks in the reward process;
- Increase salespeople's participation and engagement in the campaign;
Solution
We believe in the potential of every salesperson, and we are here to help transform the world of incentives. We know that to drive employee performance and achieve extraordinary results, more than isolated rewards are needed; it is essential to be close and invest in positive experiences.
Results
By the end of 2023, more than 9,000 salespeople had already used the Receba platform to redeem their incentives, and over 480 organic reviews had been received on Google, with 100% of them being 5-star reviews.
